Return Policy/ Cancellation
At Pleasurable Seductions, we want you to experiment and have fun. Part of our mission is to help you make an informed decision before you buy by providing great product descriptions, measurements and photos. Please read all product descriptions, ingredients lists, and measurements carefully before you buy and always feel free to CONTACT US with any product related questions if you're unsure about your purchase. We are unable to cancel and refund orders. We do however offer a store credit in the total amount of your canceled ordered.
Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products purchased unless there is a manufacturer defect. As soon as something leaves our warehouse, for health and safety reasons, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable.
We ask that you check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, we will replace it with the same item. Just follow the instructions below.
100% Pleasure Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with an item for any reason, after using it, we'd like to try and make it right. As stated above, we cannot accept a return on an opened product, but let us know and we can offer you a substantial discount on a future product.
To return a defective item:
Please contact us using the form below within 15 days after the shipment has been delivered to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one.
Once you receive your RMA number, please return the items in their original packaging, within 30 days after the shipment has been delivered, to the address we will provide you. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement.
